R.D. Investments is the European point of contact for anyone looking to invest in property in the Dominican Republic.
Buying six thousand kilometres away is not the same as buying around the corner. The language is different, the law is different, and you do not know the party on the other side of the table. We stand in between: we know the developers and the projects, we speak the language, and we know which papers have to be in order before anything is signed.

You tell us where you are looking, what sort of property and what budget. We come back with what fits, and say what does not, and why.
Checking the paperwork
Ownership, permits, the status of the project and the terms of completion. We go through them before you commit to anything.
Guiding you to the keys
Viewings, negotiation, the notary and the practical matters afterwards. You do not have to arrange it yourself, at a distance, in a language you do not speak.
